MARCH '21
The Seed
Pavan (Cofounder & Director) was in a casual conversation with his friend who runs children's care homes when he brought up how they are struggling to find a solution that would help them manage every single aspect of their homes effectively. On his request Pavan reviewed products and their needs along with Shivam (Co-Founder & CTPO) as the tech expert. The two clearly identified a gap and thought that this is a problem that needs to be solved by using modern technology and well researched empathetic product design.
MARCH '22
The MVP
After a year of extensive research, calls and conversations with Care & Support experts, and hundreds of hours spent on product design & development, we created a small part of the comprehensive smart solution that we envision Lief to be.
AUGUST '22
The Beta Users
As a first step, our first customers and users came on board — Positive Independence and Care Management Solutions. They were thrilled to use our first version and gave us invaluable feedback to continuously improve and enhance Lief.
MARCH '23
The Launch
Lief was launched at the SAILs (now NSAC) conference organised by the NASAP. We received a tremendous response for our innovative features such as Speech-to-text and AI powered reports. This allowed us to offer Lief to multiple providers at an affordable price.
FEBRUARY '24
First 100
Lief provides efficient care records management to more than 100 homes across the UK.
AUGUST '24
300 and Climbing
The team starts to rapidly grow to provide quality support and rapid enhancements to more than 300 residential homes with more joining every day.
