Senior Web Development Engineer - Full Time
We're looking for a brilliant Web Development Engineer with full-stack experience to work in our fast-paced delivery environment. You will work across the entire web stack, building features that directly improve the daily lives of care workers and the young people they support.
What will you be doing?
If you're successfully hired for this role, you will be taking up the following responsibilities among others:
- Build and maintain full-stack web features using ReactJS, Next.js, and Node.js
- Design and implement GraphQL APIs with Prisma and PostgreSQL
- Write performant, accessible, and well-tested frontend code
- Collaborate with designers to deliver high-quality UIs
- Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical discussions
- Review pull requests and maintain code quality standards
- Contribute to architecture decisions and technical documentation
- Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues proactively
What you'll need to bring to the table?
- 5+ years of full-stack web development experience
- Proficiency in ReactJS, Next.js, Node.js, GraphQL, Prisma, and Postgres
- Strong understanding of REST and GraphQL API design
- Experience with modern CSS and component-based design systems
- Comfortable working in an agile, fast-moving environment
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
Good to have
- Experience with AWS or cloud infrastructure
- Background in SaaS product development
- Familiarity with TypeScript
