Product Management Intern
We're looking for a curious, driven Product Management intern to help shape impactful tools in social care. You will work directly with the founders and product team to research, define, and prioritise product features that make care workers' lives easier.
What will you be doing?
If you're successfully hired for this role, you will be taking up the following responsibilities among others:
- Assist in writing and refining product requirements and user stories
- Conduct user research and competitor analysis
- Support sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions
- Create wireframes and mockups for new features
- Analyse product usage data and customer feedback
- Collaborate with engineering and design to ship features
- Document processes and product decisions
What you'll need to bring to the table?
- Excellent communication skills — fluent in English, written and spoken
- Ability to quickly adapt to the needs of the organisation
- Quick learner with strong analytical skills
- Interest in technology and its application in social care
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Good to have
- Studies in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with product management tools (Jira, Notion, Figma)
- Prior internship or project experience in a tech company
