Senior Full Stack Mobile Developer - Full Time

We're looking for a curious, driven Senior Full Stack Mobile Developer working on meaningful problems in social care. You will build and maintain cross-platform mobile features that care workers rely on daily, working closely with the product and design teams.

What will you be doing?

If you're successfully hired for this role, you will be taking up the following responsibilities among others:

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications (React Native)
Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs integrated with the mobile front end
Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect, accessible UIs
Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code
Participate in architecture and design discussions
Review code and provide constructive feedback to peers
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements for mobile releases

What you'll need to bring to the table?

4+ years of full-stack development experience
Strong proficiency in React Native for cross-platform mobile development
Experience with Node.js, GraphQL, Prisma, and PostgreSQL
Familiarity with app store submission processes (iOS & Android)
Understanding of mobile UX principles and accessibility
Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative development

Good to have

Experience with Next.js for web features alongside mobile
Background in healthcare or social care technology
Knowledge of offline-first mobile architectures
