UI/UX Designer
We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to drive the design vision and strategy of our product. You will have a passion for designing user-centred products and will work closely with engineers and product managers to create intuitive, accessible experiences for care workers.
What will you be doing?
If you're successfully hired for this role, you will be taking up the following responsibilities among others:
- Own the end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
- Develop and maintain the Lief design system
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Translate complex care workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and data
- Contribute to product strategy discussions alongside the founding team
What you'll need to bring to the table?
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
- Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design tooling)
- Experience designing for web and mobile interfaces
- User research and usability testing experience
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders
Good to have
- Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG standards)
- Background in healthcare, social care, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, React basics)
