Web Development Software Engineer (Intern)
We're looking for brilliant Web Development Engineers (ReactJS) who want to work in our fast-paced delivery environment. As an intern, you will contribute to real features on the Lief platform, working alongside our senior engineers and learning a production-grade SaaS stack.
What will you be doing?
If you're successfully hired for this role, you will be taking up the following responsibilities among others:
- Build and maintain UI components using ReactJS and Next.js
- Integrate frontend components with GraphQL APIs
- Write clean, readable code following team conventions
- Participate in code reviews and team stand-ups
- Fix bugs and improve existing features
- Collaborate with designers to implement UI from Figma designs
- Learn and contribute to our CI/CD workflows
What you'll need to bring to the table?
- Excellent communication skills — fluent in English, written and spoken
- Working knowledge of ReactJS and JavaScript
- Ability to collaborate with a team of developers, product managers and designers
- Quick learner with an interest in building meaningful software
- Experience with a cloud deployment system such as GCP, DO, or AWS is a plus
Good to have
- Familiarity with Next.js, Node.js, or GraphQL
- Experience with version control (Git)
- Interest in social care or impact-driven technology
